4.4.3.1.4 Safeguard measures, other forms
Safeguard measures can be applied in a form other than a duty or quantitative restriction (including combining duties and quantitative elements) to prevent or remedy serious injury from increased imports (as established pursuant to an investigation) and to facilitate adjustment.
