This sub-category refers generally to measures establishing prohibitions for economic reasons in the following forms:

  • Full prohibitions;
  • Seasonal prohibition;
  • Temporary prohibition, including suspension of issuance of licenses;

  • Prohibition of products infringing patents or other intellectual property rights
