4.5.1 Non-automatic import licensing procedures other than authorisations for SPS or TBT reasons
An import licensing procedure introduced for reasons other than SPS or TBT requirements includes those where approval is not granted in all cases. Non-automatic import licensing procedures include:
- Licencing for economic reasons; and
- Licensing for non-economic reasons.
