9 List of authorised traders of AMSs
This section contains information on the list of authorised economic operators, drawn and compiled following the establishment of the Programme of Authorised Economic Operators, as required by the ATIGA.
An authorised economic operator is defined as a “party involved in the international movement of goods in any function that has been approved by the customs authorities as complying with statutory and/or regulatory requirements of Member States, taking into account supply chain security standards”.
