4.5.3 Prohibitions other than for SPS and TBT reasons
Measures grouped within this sub-category concern prohibitions on the importation of specific products for reasons other than SPS or TBT reasons. They include:
- Prohibition for economic reasons; and
- Prohibition for non-economic reasons.
