4.7 Finance measures
Finance measures are measures intended to regulate the access to, and cost of, foreign exchange for imports and to define the terms of payment. They include:
- Advance payment requirements;
- Multiple exchange rates;
- Regulations on officials foreign exchange allocation;
- Regulations concerning terms of payment for imports; and
- Other finance measures not elsewhere specified.
